How long does it take to get set up?

Do I need to buy any special hardware?
No. Faida POS runs on any Android phone, iPhone, tablet, or web browser. If you want to add a thermal receipt printer, barcode scanner, or cash drawer, we sell certified hardware bundles starting at KES 18,500.
Is M-Pesa really built in, or is it a workaround?
It's a true Lipa na M-Pesa STK Push integration. The customer's phone receives a payment prompt, they enter their PIN, and the till receives confirmation in seconds. No transaction codes, no manual entry, no reconciliation headaches.
What happens if my internet goes down?
You can keep accepting cash and card payments fully offline. M-Pesa requires connectivity. The moment you reconnect, all sales sync to the cloud automatically - nothing is lost, no manual reconciliation required.
Are there long-term contracts?
None. Faida POS is month-to-month. Cancel any time, export all your data, no questions asked. Annual plans save 20% but are not required.
Do you support TIMS / e-TIMS for KRA?
